This could not happen in any other country except Wales. Smear campaigns were started against them and Wilson was even accused of stealing valuable oil paintings from a church.... now get this the church is a derelict pile of bricks that ironically is owned by AW & BB..
The church is also roofless, hehehe so who in their right mind would put valuable paintings in an unprotected pile of bricks to be destroyed by the elements in the first place?.
Someone had bribed the cops in order to try to get a conviction that would never happen anyway..
Undaunted by so called attempts by the welsh police to convict the pair they carried on writing only to find that virtually all publishers had been warned by a so called PhD that the stuff they wrote was a load of rubbish and untrue..
It turns out that this individual left school at 16 never had any further training or schooling but somehow managed to convince a printer to print him off a Phd. This was supposed to have been gained at Portsmouth uni but on checking it out no person of that name had ever attended the said uni..
Crikey do a google and anyone will flog you any degree you want for money but sometimes even a phoney degree can carry a lot of weight..
Especially if your a good con artists like this individual was. He started up a phony archaeological society and as such was able to get Government grants which was hidden away into his own bank accounts..
Also because it was now a govt recognized body it carried some degree of weight..
AW & BB then started to produce their own books which were eventually printed and sold to the buying public. .
This was all done at their own expense. All went well until the printers got some sort of threatening letters and their printers decided they were too hot to handle with the material they were publishing..

They still have that cross and the reason is someone had notified the Cardiff Museum that it was a fake made of lead and had been cast on Wilson's gas stove at his home. So being the gentleman Wilson is he offered it to the Cardiff Museum to be metalurically tested to find out what metals it had been made of..
Alan's offer was refused by the curators of the Museum point blank and was told in writing he could keep it..
He still has it to this day and guess what he did have it tested at his own expense and it contains 80% silver and %'s of other metals..
At the moment it is the only piece of tangible evidence that has come out of Wales..
Obtaining permits on anything ancient or of British History is almost impossible especially in Wales. If it were any other county people would be falling over themselves because of the possible tourist trade that would develop and also the publicity..
I never in my wildest dreams thought anyone or any country would try to cover up and hide its history yet alone resort to form of lies, deceptions and political bullshit in order to stop the truth from being told..
